INFORMATION QUESTIONS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are my shipping options and how long will my order take to be delivered?

A: All Products ship directly from NLC's Distribution Centre. Product is typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days, with some exceptions.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
  1. Email: Check your email inbox for a confirmation email or receipt from the seller or retailer. Most online purchases send a receipt via email after a purchase is made.

  2. Online Account: If you made a purchase through an online account or website, log in to your account and navigate to the "Order History" or "Purchase History" section. There you should be able to find your receipt.

  3. Retailer's Website: If you made a purchase in-store, some retailers provide the option to view or print your receipt online. Visit the retailer's website and look for a "Receipts" or "Order History" section.

  4. Mobile App: If you made a purchase using a mobile app, check the app's settings or account section. Many apps provide a purchase history or receipt feature within the app.

  5. Physical Copy: If you made an in-store purchase and received a physical receipt, keep it in a safe place. You can refer to the physical copy whenever needed.

If you are unable to find your sales receipt through these methods, you may need to contact the seller or retailer directly to request a copy of your receipt.

How can I return an item?
  1. Review the Return Policy: Check the seller's or retailer's return policy to understand the conditions and time frame for returns. This information is often available on their website or on the receipt.

  2. Prepare the Item: Make sure the item is in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and tags intact. Some sellers may not accept returns if the item has been used, damaged, or is missing any components.

  3. Locate the Receipt: Find your sales receipt or proof of purchase. Some sellers require this as proof of your purchase when processing returns.

  4. Contact the Seller or Retailer: Reach out to the seller or retailer to initiate the return process. You can typically do this by phone, email, or through their website. Provide them with the necessary information, such as your order number, item details, and reason for the return.

  5. Choose a Return Method: The seller may provide specific instructions on how to return the item. This could involve shipping it back, dropping it off at a designated location, or returning it in-store.

  6. Package the Item: If you need to ship the item back, carefully package it in a suitable box or envelope. It's advisable to use the original packaging if available, along with any additional protective materials.

  7. Ship or Return the Item: Follow the instructions provided by the seller to ship the item back or return it in-store. If you need to ship the item, consider using a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking number for reference.

  8. Await Confirmation and Refund: Once the seller receives the returned item, they will typically inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. After the inspection, they will process your refund according to their refund policy. This may involve issuing a refund to your original payment method or providing store credit.

If you have any specific questions or concerns about returning an item, it's best to contact the seller or retailer directly for assistance.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

In general, you can check the website or contact the customer support of the store or supplier where the item is listed as "out of stock" to inquire about their restocking plans or availability. Some items may be restocked regularly, while others may not be restocked at all, depending on factors such as demand, product availability, and business decisions.

Where can I ship my order?
  1. Home Address: You can choose to have your order shipped to your residential address. This is the most common option for online shoppers.

  2. Work Address: If you prefer, you can have your order shipped to your workplace or office address. This can be convenient if you are not available to receive packages at home.

  3. P.O. Box: If you have a P.O. Box, some sellers or carriers may allow you to ship your order to that address. However, not all carriers deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so it's important to check with the seller or retailer beforehand.

  4. Pick-up Location: In some cases, sellers offer the option to ship your order to a designated pick-up location, such as a local store or locker. This can be convenient if you want to collect your package at your own convenience.

When placing an order, the seller or retailer's website should provide you with options for entering your shipping address. Make sure to double-check the accuracy of the address before finalizing your order to ensure successful delivery.
